    Covered hoppers in N scale

    Today I finally managed to complete a weathering project that had been sitting around for weeks. A few Southern Pacific ACF 2-bay covered hoppers that I repainted and lettered, and a Burlington Northern GATX airslide covered hopper.

    I used mixed techniques like airbrush, oil paint and gouache.

    It's probably responsible for the greatest number of shoddy layouts because no one feels compelled to improve themselves. Meh, good enough...
