    Welcome new members

    Greetings from RMR!

I'd like to take a few moments of your time to welcome all the new members who have joined in the last few weeks.
We hope you all will find this a warm and welcoming place to post, share and learn from other like minded modelers.

RMR was created as a modeling community of like minded individuals who all share in the hobby of Model Railroading.
Whether you're a beginner looking to learn some new skills, or a seasoned modeler who just like to model and share what you've been doing.

Please take a few minutes if you have not done so already and read through the FAQ's, Rules and Mission Statement (found on the home page). After that please feel free to join in on any topic that strikes your fancy or start a thread on your layout or project. We'd all love to follow along with your passion.

One thing you will not find on RMR, it's not a social platform where you'll find topics on just anything under the sun, we try to keep our threads and forum focused strictly on modeling. Whether you like fine scale modeling, model photography, operations, painting and decaling or electronics or any other aspect of the hobby, RMR should have what you're looking for.

Also feel free to stop by the Member introductions (Any link created in RMR will be brown due to the skin that we chose for the forum) and tell us a little about yourself.

    Welcome aboard!

    Rule #1 of model railroading.
It's probably responsible for the greatest number of shoddy layouts because no one feels compelled to improve themselves. Meh, good enough...
