          I bet we could dig up some of his images off one of the other forums, I'm sure there still out there?

        Thank you all for the compliments on this build. Watching all of you forces me to want to do better. There truly are some very talented modelers on this site. Thanks again to Allen and Paul along with everyone else involved in making this the best modeling site I've seen.
        I've been pretty happy with my creations of the past and looking back on them the one common thread seems to be just this. Before I create anything I try to put myself in the scene as if I'm standing right there. Then I look around in all directions and ask myself what would actually be there in real life? Then to the best of my ability I try to make it happen. I don't work off of photographs unless I am looking for a specific detail. I guess at 77 I have been fortunate enough in my life to have seen pretty much everything I would like to model. Keeping up with new products and techniques is the challenge for me now.
